Meet the Playwright-Director
Ella McGaunn Geiger has worked in a breadth of artistic roles, but the thread that unites them all is a deep mission to give people a voice:
As a writer and storyteller she seeks out stories that are impactful today by looking to forgotten voices and keeping a pulse on the heartbeat of culture.
As a director she brings stories to the stage, and gives voice to the written page. She strives as a director to bring new audiences to classic tales, give life to new works and use theater to help people see perspectives and stories different from their own.
In Ella’s work as a vocologist (vocal health specialist) she gives singers and actors tools and techniques to make the art they want to make with authenticity, sustainability and health.
Ella is a Massachusetts-based theater artist and musician who co-owns Interlude Music in Maynard, MA with her husband Devereux.
At Interlude, Ella and Devereux provide professional services such as composition, arranging, transcription, recording and more. They also produce musical and theatrical shows around Massachusetts and run a small private studio for voice, piano and songwriting/composition.

Meet the Cast
Theo Boyd
A New Hampshire native, Theo Boyd
(Pastor John/Cristian) moved to NYC to pursue Musical Theatre, later graduating from AMDA's Integrated Conservatory Program and administrating as a Student Success Advisor. Previous credits include Georg (Spring Awakening), Theodore Roosevelt (Stalin, the Musical), and Swing/Conductor (The Polar Express Train Ride). When he is not performing on stage, Theo can be found doing almost the exact same thing, teaching kids how to be strong and brave as a Children's Fitness Instructor. Much love to Mom, Dad, Paul, Gina, and Opa.
Olivia Burgess
Olivia Burgess (Cassandra) is an actress from Acton, Massachusetts. She is a recent graduate of Emerson College with a BFA in Theatre and Performance and a minor in Fiction. She is a dedicated storyteller on the stage and on the page as she is currently working on her debut fantasy novel when she isn’t performing. Olivia has grown up in the theatre space and is grateful she has been able to continue her theatre journey throughout college and now post-grad. She is also a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, after working as a Stand-In and Photo Double for feature films and television series filming in both New England and New York. Olivia loves to travel and is known to enjoy a little bit of adrenaline when she is surfing or watching Formula One.

Brandon Lee
Brandon Lee (Johannes Merwait) (he/him) is a Boston-based actor, singer, and cat dad. He has played lovers, fighters, the Bard of Avon (twice!), and a host of morally questionable characters. Recent highlights include Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons (The Treehouse Collective), Flora & Ulysses (Wheelock Family Theatre), The Bridges of Madison County (New London Barn Playhouse), Urinetown: The Musical (Lyric Stage Boston), and his favorite sad dads, Bob Cratchit and Dan Goodman. Jessica Thompson
After a long hiatus, Jess (Stage Directions) is overjoyed to be making her return to the stage. She is honored to join this talented cast and provide the omniscient voice of stage directions in this first reading of No Evil Greater. Her recent credits include Unicorn #1 in Noah's Last Stand at Cannon Theatre, and Alice in the upcoming production of The Secret Garden at Theatre III. She owns and operates an inclusive secondhand store in Maynard, MA. She'd like to thank Ella and Devereux for their expertise, encouragement, and inspiration.
Sally Rose Zuckert
Sally Rose Zuckert (Helena) is a Boston-based actor, deviser, and voice-over artist. Previous credits include Eurydice (Eurydice) and Rocket Girl (Mary Sherman Morgan) at the Powerhouse Theater, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (Siobhan) at Crystal Theater, A Midsummer Night's Queen (Helena) with Lawnchair Theatre Co., and The Humans (Aimee) at the Bath Small Theatre Festival. Sally Rose has loved being a part of this cast and project.
